There are two types of leadership communities within TCN supporting the hinge of empowering leaders on which the door to transformation swings:

Pastors’ Learning Community (regional peer clusters of Pastors)

Leadership Community (pastor and a minimum of seven people of passion from a congregation who support an outward focus)
